FROM THE AP - ROBIN HUNT

I want to thank all of you for your continued patience with remote learning. It has indeed been a steep learning curve for many in our community. I will say that things have settled some over the past week. Staff has been in good spirits. There was a dip in morale when we heard that we wouldn't be returning to school this year. We love our students and miss them terribly. We also miss all of the materials that made our jobs a little easier and more engaging. But, our staff has truly risen to the occasion, improvising as needed. I want to remind you that there will be no school on Friday, April 17th. This is a compensation day for teachers staying late for conferences prior to spring break. Also, there will be no school on Monday, April 20th. This is a district-wide professional development day. Please connect with your child’s teacher if you have any questions or are feeling overwhelmed with the expectations. We want this to be a win/win for community!
